Creating new energy along Hartford’s North Plaza and streetscape, a series of illuminated signs were designed with unique colorful flowing waves. Inspired by the nearby waterfront and linear perspectives, the multiple monumental signs work individually as well as a connected whole. It leads you down the city block through a welcoming entrance and is an inspiring place for State of Connecticut employees.
